Plans are in the works to throw a wedding weekend kickoff party at Kai's house on the Thursday before the wedding.  They mentioned that several wedding party participants have offered to help, but I wanted to get a count of who is interested in hosting.  The party will be casual - keg, liquor/mixers, finger foods, etc.  I am working on some simple invitations and decorations.  

 

Thursday, Feb 26 at 7:30  (head to a bar afterward) People attending - around 40 (wedding party and close friends) Cost - ?? Not sure yet, but should be manageable Robert, Joey and Adam - any ideas on finger foods we can make ahead of time and heat up?  I am sure we all have to work on Thursday, so we need some ideas on foods that can be prepared right before the party.  I have a costco membership and plan on picking up some prepared trays.  

 

Let me know if you are interested in helping host??  No pressure...

No pressure... If someone else wants to do it, I'm sure they will do a perfectly mediocre job.
