This is a new feature I am starting called Top Shelf Review. It is just going to
be our review for all beverages, beer, wine, rubbing alcohol... pretty standard really.
But, I am going to change the ratings from 1-

This beer actually inspired me to Write this article, that should tell you a lot. This is a 5.9% abv ale made in Petaluma, California. Which is somewhere north of hippie town USA (San Fran). But to hell if those hippies don’t make great beer.
There is nothing too complicated about this beer it is just an easy drinker. It is very well balanced it has a nice honey sweet malt aroma and a non overpowering hop finish. But the great thing about this beer is that it is really well balanced. The sweet from the malt really flows well into the hops. That sounds simple but most breweries can’t pull that off.
This is a great October Sunday afternoon beer. Slightly sweet, nice and hopy get after it!
